To keep in a clean and dry place. Place the Long-Lerry Protecting at the bottom of the underwear. Once used, remove it and throw it in the trash. Change to the maximum every 4 hours (depending on your flow) in order to limit the risk of irritation, intolerances, allergies and microtrauma. Wash your hands before and after using protection.
